Our story
Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Shenzhen, with branches in Beijing and Wuhan and the Wisdom Play subsidiary in Shantou for the smart-toy industry. As AI truly moves into real physical space, smart devices must go far beyond executing preset commands: they must learn to understand their surroundings, perceive their own operating state, recognize the people nearby, hold a unified and stable character throughout, and gradually form unique memories and emotional bonds through long-term companionship.
To solve these shared industry challenges, WisVision built a complete product and technology system around Lifelike OS — combining edge voice silicon, multimodal models, smart motion cores, motion control and edge-cloud synergy to support Physical AI across the entire chain: building the hardware body, empowering intelligence, realizing interaction and expression, keeping operation stable and sustaining long-term services.
Shantou Wisdom Play Technology Co., Ltd. is our key implementation vehicle and industry gateway for the smart-toy industry. iToy is the first proving ground, not the long-term boundary: the products, technology, data governance and industrial delivery capabilities validated in smart toys will extend step by step to appliances, consumer electronics, robots, education, culture & tourism, home services and every domain where people and devices live together long-term.
